In 2004, the company internally reorganized into three business units: the complete vehicle unit, the parts unit, and the repair unit. This defined the company's core development direction at this stage.

Based in Kunshan, business in Kunshan was fully launched, and the brand forklift dealership transitioned from the era of motorcycles to four-wheeled vans.

In 2008, our complete vehicle business expanded throughout Kunshan, with sales exceeding 100 units, earning the title of Outstanding Dealer of the Year. The repair department also experienced rapid growth, taking on numerous large manufacturers in Kunshan, and the repair business surpassed 2 million RMB.

The parts department launched a nationwide operation, focusing on imported forklift parts for distribution across the country. Internally, regional service divisions significantly increased sales efficiency.

In 2012, new car sales continued to rise, with over 200 new cars sold annually in Kunshan. The company received the National Outstanding Dealer Award for four consecutive years. The repair department's repair revenue exceeded 5 million RMB, and a new branch office was established in Chengdu.

After several years of hard work, the parts department has secured a place in the market and obtained sales rights for Anhui Fengyang Water Tank and Tianjin Shimadzu Jiangsu. In the same year, our Tianjin branch office opened.

In 2016, the whole vehicle began to diversify from the original internal combustion vehicles to electric vehicles and storage vehicles. The leasing department started planning, and the leasing sector officially opened the following year. The maintenance department establishes the second-hand car department through the internal system. 

In 2018. it exceeded S00 units. In the same year. Chengdu Branch also began to diversify its operations, with all vehicles, maintenance and used cars operating. The Parts Department also opened Shanghar Handavos Trading Co., Ltd, a foreign trade subsidiary, for global distribution. In order to vigorously develop tram accessories

In 2019, we established Suzhou Oddis Machinery Equipment Co, Ltd, a Suzhou subsidiary. The total output value of Hanzhi Company exceeded RMB 100 million.

In 2020, the company underwent overall restructuring and implemented an Aozhuang-style planning. The company's annual output value exceeded 200 million yuan, and the number of employees exceeded 100.

In the same year, the Guangzhou branch was established, and the company established four business divisions and four branches, forming a diversified and integrated comprehensive group company with parts and used car repair as the main business and leasing as the secondary business.
